Frequently Asked Questions
Are your products 100% authentic?
Yes. Every product we sell is sourced directly from the brand or its authorised distributor, so what reaches you is exactly what the brand made. If anything ever looks off, send us a photo and we will make it right.
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka orders usually arrive within 1–2 working days, and the rest of Bangladesh within 2–4 working days. You will get a tracking update as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is available across Bangladesh. You can also pay online at checkout if you prefer.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened skincare or makeup unless the item arrived damaged or is not what you ordered.
How do I know which product suits my skin?
Message us on WhatsApp with your skin type and concerns and our team will recommend a routine. Every product page also lists the skin types it works best for.
