11. Return Policy
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for:

12. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 7 days of acknowledgment to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, card, etc.). Cash on Delivery orders are refunded as Endless Beauty Credits.
13. Supply Policy
All products are subject to availability. If a product is found harmful within 12 hours of delivery, Endless Beauty accepts full responsibility for the return.
14. Software Terms
The Endless Beauty app may only be used for personal shopping. Reverse engineering, decompiling, redistributing, or sublicensing the software is strictly prohibited.
