Refund Policy

We have a 07-day return policy, which means you have 07 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returning online items, it is our pleasure that everything you purchase from Endless Beauty After delivery, unwanted items can be returned. We encourage our customers to cross-check each and every item while the delivery man is present at your premises. Any claim regarding replacement or return issue should be confirmed before or during delivery of the item or within 3 working Days. After that Endless Beauty authority will not be liable for any future claim.

Refund  Policy

Endless Beauty we are committed to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. To achieve this we are doing our best to make sure everything works perfectly, in spite of this if you find that any of our products are faulty within 24 hours from purchase please report to us, we promise you, a full refund, replacement, or adjustment within 7-10 working days. For specific return requirements and for information on how to return a product please refer to the relevant section below.

You must notify us immediately if you decide to cancel your order, preferably by phone, and quote your order number/every detail of the order possible. The customer must contact Customer Service on +88 01575 031394 (Between 11 am - 06 pm every day) for any kind of return if required.

REQUIREMENT FOR A VALID RETURN:

Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)

Customers can return the products within the same day from the purchase date; only if the defective product is delivered. Remaining items need to be followed as earlier mentioned procedure.

The reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions are given below:

VALID CONDITIONS AND REASONS TO RETURN AN ITEM:

  1. a) Delivery of wrong product,
  2. b) Delivery of defective product,
  3. c) Delivery of the products with missing parts/Items.

 Incorrect content on the website.

  1. a) Found damaged during delivery,
  2. b) The product must be unused, unwashed, and without any flaws,
  3. c) The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box,
  4. d) If a product is found broken, unwrapped, or used; then the customer must inform Customer Service immediately after receiving it.

 Received in an unhealthy or unexpected condition:

If the product price and website price is mismatched/excess price, we request you to notify us within 24 hours from the receiving time.

Endless Beauty has all the rights to decide to give a return or refund for any kind of request.

THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS CAN NOT BE RETURNED:

A customer may return any unopened item within 24 hours of receiving the item.

But following products may not be eligible for return or replacement:

-Damages due to misuse of the product,

-Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product,

-Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the products delivered.
