11. Pricing

If the MRP of an item sold by Endless Beauty is greater than our advertised price, we will contact you for instructions before delivery or cancel your order and alert you. And, if the product's advertised price is lower than Endless Beauty, we'll either refund the difference or replace the item, depending on your desire, once we've received confirmation.

12. Return Policy (in case of following situations) 

a) Found damaged during delivery.

b) Received in an unhealthy/ unexpected condition

c) Finds product unusable.

12.1 A user may return any product during the time of delivery, or within 7 days if anything happened as mentioned earlier. Endless Beauty will monitor continuously and closely and will take necessary steps to prevent this.

12.2 A user may return any unopened or defective items within 7 days of receiving the item. But following products may not be eligible for return or replacement:

a) Damages due to misuse of the product

b) Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product 

c) Any consumable item which has been used/installed 

d) Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers

e) Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty

f) Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.

g) Insufficient photo evidence.

13. Refund Policy

13.1 Customer satisfaction is our first preference. So, Endless Beauty makes every effort to meet the needs of its customers. However, if we fail to meet our commitment or supply the service for any reason, we will tell you through phone, text, or email within 24 hours. If Endless Beauty fails to perform a service and a refund is required, it will be processed within 7 days of our acknowledgment. Remember: Endless Beauty prefers to replace the goods instead of refunding due to lengthy process of refunding process.

13.2 Refund requests will be processed under mentioned situation:

a) Unable to serve with any product,

b) Customer returns any product from a paid order,

c)Customer cancels a paid order before it has been dispatched.

The refund amount will be paid to the customer's Endless Beauty Balance in all three instances. And the remaining balance may only be utilized at Endless Beauty. Within 7 days of receiving a customer's request, Endless Beauty will transfer the refund amount to the user's original payment source. Customers who paid with bKash, Nagad, card, or other electronic methods are eligible for a refund. Endless Beauty Credits are the only way to get a refund for orders that were purchased in cash.

14. Supply Policy: 

14.1 Endless Beauty tries to maintain quality control but does not give quality assurance because it does not design or manufacture any products. We believe that the manufacturer, seller, or supplier is fully capable of ensuring the quality of the products.

14.2 If a user discovers a product that is harmful for their health, life, or security after receiving their order, we shall accept full responsibility and accept the return of that product. If the user is threatened after 12 hours of receiving the delivery, we will consider it a flaw in the manufacturers or suppliers quality assurance.

14.3 All products displayed on the website are subject to change and are subject to availability.

We may cease providing any Endless Beauty Software / Application/ App and we may terminate your right to use any Endless Beauty Software / Application/ App at any time. Your rights to use the Endless Beauty Software / Application/ App will automatically terminate without notice from us if you fail to comply with any of these Terms. All software used in any Endless Beauty Service is the property of Endless Beauty and/or its affiliates or its software suppliers and protected by laws of Bangladesh including but not to any other applicable copyright laws.
